Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Processing Time: 5-10 business days, can be longer during holidays.
Shipping time varies by location and may extend more depending on holiday seasons/restrictions. Our estimates will be included in each item description. These are just averages and maybe longer or shorter.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
